Imaging reports

Available

Imaging-report drafts, ready for physician review.

When a physician reads an X-ray during a clinic visit, the written report is still a separate task. RadiologiQ drafts that report from the interpretation the physician documented, so it can be reviewed, edited, and approved in a few steps.

The problem

The study was read. The report still has to be written.

Orthopedic physicians interpret their own X-rays during the visit, but the formal written report is a separate document that takes time to produce. When it is delayed or missing, the chart is incomplete for a study that was performed.

How it works

Prepared by OpAgent. Decided by your team.

  1. 01

    What OpAgent prepares

A structured report draft with findings and an impression, built from the interpretation the physician documented in the clinic note, together with the imaging order and prior imaging documents in the chart. RadiologiQ does not read the images, and statements the note does not support are removed from the draft.

  2. 02

    What the physician reviews

The physician reads the draft, edits anything that needs changing, and approves it. Nothing is saved to the chart without that approval.

  3. 03

    Where approved work goes

The approved report is saved to the patient's record in athenaOne.

Imaging-report drafts generated by RadiologiQ

Population
Imaging studies at a participating orthopedic practice
Sample
Every draft generated since April 2026

Compared with
None. This is a count, not a comparison.

Limitation: Counts drafts generated, including drafts a physician has not yet signed. It does not measure payment.

Paid X-ray claims with no written report found in the chart

Population
X-ray claims at one participating orthopedic practice
Sample
Historical paid X-ray claims matched against chart documents
Period
Historical claims reviewed in the August 2026 benchmark

Report documents on file in the chart

Limitation: The amount already paid on claims missing a report. It identifies a documentation gap to review, not a confirmed recoupment or refund liability.
