Note and coding review
In developmentFrom encounter information to a note and coding review.
OpAgent Wrap is in development. It is designed to turn the information from a visit into a note draft and a coding review that the physician approves.
The problem
Closing the visit takes longer than the visit.
After the patient leaves, the note still has to be written, documentation questions resolved, and the visit coded. That work often happens after clinic hours.
How it works
Prepared by OpAgent. Decided by your team.
- 01
What OpAgent prepares
Starting from existing documentation, dictation, or ambient capture, Wrap is designed to prepare a note draft, list documentation questions, and propose the codes the note supports, with the supporting text cited.
- 02
What the physician reviews
The physician answers the documentation questions, edits the note, and approves the supported coding. Nothing is final without that approval.
- 03
Where approved work goes
Approved outputs would be saved to athenaOne. This workflow is not offered to practices yet.
Availability
In developmentBeing built or evaluated. Not offered to practices yet.
Evidence
What has been measured
Evaluation status: Wrap is being evaluated with a design-partner practice. Results will be published with their methods when the evaluation is complete.
